Feeding and Nutrition :: Guppies

Quick question, I just bought about a dozen yesterday for my turtles. My turts cant catch them. Will they ever? Do the fish ever die from the water the turtles poop in? Just wondering

Anything will die in really polluted water, but if your turtles' water is kept clean, I would think your guppies would live (and breed).

I would think at some point your turtle would get better at catching at least some of them. Some people have also stunned their guppies to slow them down and give a turtle a better chance at catching them.

I got some minnows for my turt once. At first he couldn't catch them, but he figured out pretty quick that if he herds them upwards into a corner, they won't have anywhere to go... I bet your turtle will get one eventually
