Your turtle should be fed once a day, the amount that would fit in it's head. That doesn't include the neck area.
Veggies can be offered more frequently and in greater amounts. Check the recommended feeding list for some veggies to try.
Over feeding can lead to a variety of health problems, so please don't fall the to temptation to feed your turt all the time. They are expert beggars!
