We had a tragedy at my house last week. My 1 1/2 year old RES, Hurcules' cage is in the same room with my parrot and parakeet cages. I didn't think Hurcules could hurt my birds because she struggles with a worm. I took a shower (should have taken the birds with me) and when i walked back into the room, Hurcules was swimming around with my parakeet in her mouth. He was dead. It was awful. I just want to let people know, so they can avoid a similar tragedy. :(

Sorry to hear it. Sadly, it's not the first time someone has posted a similar story.
