Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

I've recently noticed a small, bite looking wound on my turtles nail root on his left arm, I'm assuming he accidentally bit himself while eating or shedding skin, it doesn't seem to be healing but is there anything I can do to help :(

(kind of hard to see in the picture)

I forgot to mention some sort of blistering I think I saw yesterday, it was located next to the wound in between the nails. It's disappeared but it's still worrying to me

Doesn't seem too bad but it's hard to make out from the pic. I do not think it was accidental because he would need to bite it pretty hard to break his skin or damage a nail. Is there an open wound or any bleeding?

There's no bleeding, and it appears to still be open / not healing

I would dry dock to help the healing, though it might take awhile since the bleeding has stopped.
