Any expert out there can advise if the shell that peel off as shown in red will grow back? Any medication or method to help speed the healing???

Also, any idea what are those brown spot as shown in blue? What can be done to clean or treat it???

Hard to now whats going on since there are several layers of retained scutes. Is there a colored basking lamp or something thats throwing off the color on the picture?

I have to separately load them, but I can see. Most of the peeling is just some irregular shedding but I also see some fungus. That needs to be dealt with as it will spread.

the fungus I am treating now with hydrogel Ag (Silver 24ppm). As for the irregular shedding, anything i can do???

I'm not familiar with that drug, has it been working? More advanced cases of fungus will interfere with shedding, so getting rid of fungus is an important step. Allowing your turtle to bask and completely dry off is also very important. Aside from that, I would just leave it the shedding as it and never try to force it off.
