Bella had her first taste of Romaine today! I was so proud of her. First, she just stared at it, as it floated in a sinister fashion around her water. She followed it, looking at it suspiciously. Then she turned and walked away, but I knew her curiosity would get the best of her. And sure enough, a second later, she swam back to it, stared at it some more, and finally tried to bite it! She had to snap a few times before getting the hang of it, but she did get a few nibbles. That's my girl!

Hey that's great news! :D Thankfully my turtles all took to the greens quickly. Now if only I can get my 13yr old to eat his veggies more regularly. :?
