Feeding and Nutrition :: I have a present for your turtle!

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Post Posted: Tue May 01, 2007 4:08 pm   I have a present for your turtle!

A while back i bought a bulk size box of Aquatic Turtle Yummies, and i am now realizing that i am never going to use 3.15 lbs of the stuff in a reasonable amount of time. So i was thinking, i really appreciate how helpful and friendly everybody on the forum has been, and maybe i can give a little something back. Soooo, if anybody would like a few sticks of the Yummies (a stick is a week or two's worth of food) i would be more than happy to mail them out to you free of charge. :D

I have those and they are very good. They are not made of any fillers and have good ingredients for your turtle. However, they tend to me a little messy so most people feed them right before they clean their tank. There are fish and vegetable and seafood flavors (you will know by the colors). They come in a pudding-like state and sink to the bottom. That's very generous of you octopusgirl9.

Hmm, i could check and see if shipping to canada is much more $$. I would be happy to send some if it's not a ridiculous price. I'm going to go to the post office tomorrow, i will find out then and let you know.

Wow i wish Turtley was that into lettuce. He's getting better about eating it all the time, but he doesn't look forward to it, it's more of last resort/boredom thing for him.

But seriously guys, i'm going to the post office this afternoon, don't be shy, speak up if you want some Yummies!!!
