I wash the grapes my turts get well and quarter them (for larger turtles, smaller pieces for smaller turtles), remove any seeds but leave the skin on (more fiber). They prefer pieces with the red/dark colored skin rather than just the soft inside. I'm not surprised hatchlings aren't into grapes, and I'd skip the cabbage. Try dark leafy greens like dandelions, red leaf lettuce, aquatic plants with hatchlings. Cut thin peels of carrots to look like worms.
