Hatchlings can display such behavior without it really meaning anything (just something they do). But, given the fact that you've got two of them in a small tank, keep in mind that they're going to need a bigger tank soon (if they don't already). If the behavior becomes more frequent, you'll need to separate them before one gets hurt. But think about getting a bigger tank now, to minimize potential problems.
