Is it ok to feed a turtle thawed fish/shrimp? Whan about watercress?

Not sure about watercress. I give my res thawed shrimp (from a cooked shrimp ring, with tails removed) as a treat.

I have fed Sheba shrimp from time to time as a treat. I don't feed her raw (gray) shrimp. I make sure that the shrimp is pink because it means it was cooked.

I give my turts thawed shrimp (as in shrimp cocktail) for a very rare treat (they'll get some over the holidays).

Watercress is OK (vit A). Some of my guys don't care that much for the tangy taste.

I only use the raw shrimp as a last resort. Haven't tried the pre-cooked variety, but I'm sure they'll want to eat those too.
