I had some sharp rocks in with lady George and I think she was just hurt from them. They have been removed from the tank. I'm scared these sores are something else.
I've had her for about 10 years and we've never had issues with her before.

They do look like fresh cuts rather than sores. I'm not too sure how she would injure her shell though.

Can you give her a soak in clean water and let her completely dry off. If you have, you can then apply some diluted betadine and then neosporin to the wounds. After that, dry dock for a couple of days and see how it goes. You can let her soak a couple of times a day to drink and eat, but apply the betadine and neosporin after. I would also research for some vets in your area in case you need their services.
