Hi, after finally clearing up an issue with their water, one of my turtles has been acting a little strangely. Whenever her head is under water she makes a strange chewing motion - even when she appears to be sleeping;

I've seen both turtles do this when they're about to eat something, but this has been constant, except for when she is basking or when her head is out of the water. Any idea what is causing it?
(There have been no other noticeable symptoms).
