Urgent Care :: Bleeding from toe nail

Hi, my RES is bleeding from the toe nail. I dry docked him yesterday and the bleeding stopped. I'm not sure if his toe nail is broken but it seems like it's there. I put him back into the water yesterday after the bleeding stopped. This morning I realized he is bleeding from the toe nail again. Please help. Thank you.

Any pic of it? Know what happened? I would dry dock for a little longer and apply a little neosporin on it. You can re=hydrate him a couple times a day.
