What do you mean by sleeping inside out? What do you normally feed her? Can you answer some of the questions in the link found in my signature?

By inside out i mean she is sleeping in a water as well as in land
I have her from last 2 years and 6 months now
she is 4.5 inches and she liked to be free and play in my room so I let her do that. I am having a 15 liters of water in her tank, water temperature is 70-80 around and I don't put a heater because it's summer in India, I used to feed her a pellets usually and give her a treat of lettuce, sweet, and the seasonal fruit as well whatever she likes to eat and I don't have a basking area because daily she goes to the natural sunlight by my windows as I leave her free in my room.

From last 4 days her behaviour is not normal as before and she ignore the food and always sleeping and I have checked the other symptoms of infection she doesn't have any of them BT today morning I have notice lamps near her tail what is that I don't know.
please help I don't know what to do

What kind of pellets? Was she a hatchling when you got her? Have you tried any live prey?

I would try some live prey. Can you answer some of these questions?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
How big is your turtle?
How long have you had it?

What is the water temperature?
Did you use a thermometer?
Are you using a water heater?
How much water is in there?
Are you using a water conditioner?
Are you using any filtration?

What is the basking temperature?
Is there a basking light?
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on?
What kind is it or what is it made out of?
Is there a UVB light?

What have you been trying to feed it?
When was the last time your turtle ate?

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure?
Is the tank near a window?
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity?

Have you read the Basic Care section?
Have you searched the forums for similar situations?

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms?

I have answered all the questions the best way I can I know I didn't have proper settled environment.

Here is some details of here natural lifestyle, i hope it can help
she doesn't like to be in water all day long so the water tank has a way to go in and out of the tank so she roam in my room as she always like to be around me. She only goes in the water to eat and drink. Then she comes out and play around me with some small things in my room but from last 4 days she is not eaten anything not even her favourite food and always in rest mode or sleeping.
I am little worried because she never do so. What to do please help because I don't have any veterinary near my house so this forum is the only source for me please help

I'd try some different foods. Boiled white chicken meat? Carrots? Does she attempt to eat, like does she go to it and smell it? Does she still bask?
