I really need help. I have searched on YouTube and google many times but no results please tell me how long my uva and uvb light just be on for per each day ?

Hello and welcome
I use a timer and keep both on for 12hr's. Keep it on a day / night cycle as in nature. Also I have basking area large enough so to offer several temperature ranges , so Piggley can pick and choose how much he want's. I also have a dry dock if he wants that to.

Thanks litefoot is it ok if my lights are just 25 cm away from the basking area ?

That's 9.8" away , sounds little close to me. BUT read the manufactory's guide on box it will tell you or look up on the web. The placement is important ! The type , size , and % or wattage all matters in placement. You don't want to give your friend a sunburn or hurt its eyes ! And UVA and UVB require different placement unless you balance them out , that why a lot of us use two separate fixtures.
