Hi, I know the basics in what they eat but please tell me a good diet ? For e.g. Day 1- 7 this will really be appreciated as I am a beginner turtle owner.

Also it's always better to under feed than over feed ! Overfeeding will cause all kind of health problems.

How big are they and how long you had?
