So far this lil guy seems okay he has a few bloidy spots on the bottom of his shell and one eye was damaged, i think he was only hit by a tire but not squished, i have had a slider before for years and released her into my pond. So i hve this one in a tank with perfect conditions the hurt eye has been closed for weeks. At first it was pink now its kinda healed but white around the edges and a small bump o e his eye, also the other eye has been shut but seems to have healed also. My concern is thst he hasnt eaten , and has some white crust on his right foot. The bloody spots on his udershell are still the same. Not bleeding but damaged a lil. Ive got turtle food but he doesnt swim much to eat floating food.. any advice would be great.

Any cracks on the shell? Does the eye look like it will heal? Can you post a picture of it? I would probably find a rehabber to nurture and release him.

I should add that the turtle seems ok and can move around and swim, hes in a 50 gal hexagon aquaruim with plenty of swimming space and several dry spots with a light.

I'm no expert on rehabbing, but that eye looks pretty bad. They eyelid is very thin and that area in general can be pretty sensitive.
