General Care Discussion :: When do turtles start shedding ?

Im asking this because there r some kind of lines on my turtle shell .. Is it shedding ?? My RES is just about 3 months old ..

Can you post a picture? Could be excessive growth in which case you need to reduce the amount of pellets. As for shedding, it can vary.... and it's very hard to predict.

Yeah i tried to post a pic but i cudnt ..
I have been feeding him pellets 2 times a day ..
I read somewhere that we have to feed it once a day till it stops eating , is that right ?
Oh n do they start shedding that early ?
