I have 1 RES and he seems to have a skin problem, but I'm not sure what it is. It is a hard scab like substance that is stuck to the fleshy part of his skin, pretty much where us humans have armpits. He also has one on his chin. Do you know what it is? I need help! he also peed on me and it was fluorescent yellow. Does he have a skin disease or parasite of some sort? :( he also has not been eating as much

What does he normally eat? Can you post closer up photos of the areas above?

He normally eats ANS turtle pellets and Saki Hikari probiotic enhanced nutrient mix, along with greens. He is now struggling to eat as he will not scarf down pellets like he used to. He is now sluggish and wont jump into the water like he usually does. Is this some sort of infected wound? Should I give a salt bath? or try dry-docking him?

I don't recall coming across large areas of scabs, I've seen small ones come and go, but it might be unrelated to his eating issue. He's still eating but just not a lot?
