Hello I have a RES and she's 7 inches and she is currently living in a 50 gallon Rubbermaid. I heard that for every inch you add a gallon but I live on the second floor of my apartment and I'm scared to have anything larger that a 55 Gallon. What should I do?

Does your lease strictly forbid larger tanks?

Don't mention that it's for a turtle, just that its an aquarium. Does your lease require you to have renter's insurance?
