Feeding and Nutrition :: Fish Food

I was thinking of buying a little thing of fish food today since one of my fish had like 15 babies. But, will the turtles try to eat it? and if they do is it bad for them? Does anyone have any good type of fish food for their fish?

I feed my fish, but you don't have to. The fish will get plenty to eat from your turts leftovers...if you feed in the tank. I still feed mine because I feel sorry for them. The turts will eat the fish food, so I make sure to break it up as small as I can before putting it in the tank. They have to work really hard that way to get enough fish food to make a difference. The other thing you can do is remove the turt while the fish are eating.
