Monday: 6 Reptomin pellets
Tuesday: Boiled pak choi or choi sum or lettuce, bit of shredded carrots.
Wednesday: None
Thursday: Reptomin pellets or veggie (depending on what I have at home).
Friday: Cooked courgettes or sweet pepper or pumpkin or winter melon with calcium dusting.
Saturday: A few reptomin pellets, a bit of fruit e.g. pear, apple, strawberries or cantaloupe with calcium dusting.
Treats (and frequency): cooked salmon, cooked other fish, cooked animal cartilage/bone gristle, fresh seaweed, beansprout... once every 2 weeks.
Cooked chicken wing bone (with no shattered bone pieces) for them to chew on (I find that this helps relieve stress? They panic less and stopped repeatedly climbing/swimming into walls).

Food that MUST be avoided: Asparagus - offered only once, gave Hachi and Pudding scary seizures. Took them to a vet within 2 hours, not sure what the mechanism of action is... Hachi ate more of it and had bigger seizures, vet said it was critical, had to stay overnight... luckily they both recovered... I felt extremely bad. I have videos of their seizures as well! Willing to share, maybe in another topic area.
