Super Size Me is someone eating 3 McD meals a day for 30 days. It's very funny and a bit disgusting but gives some insight into the food culture and marketing. If I remember, McD's pulled the super size option when this movie generated a lot of buzz at the Sundance film festival.

Fast Food Nation, I believe, goes on about the whole industry and the obsession over it. They go into everything, including what goes on in farms... so I've heard.

here is an idea that someone suggested to me that works quite well. pick your turtles favorite treat... mine LOVES freeze dried shrimp.. or KRILL as they call it. they sell it as fish food but my turtle loves it. the way i get him to eat some veggies is i do like a sushi type thing. i wrap his treats in lettuce and stick a couple of other veggies in there. try doing this, it might work for you too! goodluck, as i know it was close to impossible to get my turtle to eat veggies before this trick
