So I recently broke down to 55 gallon reef tank and turned it in to a little turtle tank. Thought I'd sign up for a forum to see if I'm doing this correctly I have a 50 watt halogen red lamp on his stone but does this look alright to you

You need a uvb bulb and heat light but no need for night heat or light.

Welcome to the forum! The halogen could probably serve as a heat light/basking bulb. Depending on the kind, you need to be careful with the heat it generates. You will probably need new UVB lamps though.
