I have a cool as heck RES, he eats everything I give him. EVERYTHING. I work at a grocery store and have access to bring him home a very wide variety of fruits and veggies from the produce dept. is there anything exotic or domestic fruit he absolutely cant have? I know the basics, but what about kiwi and star fruits stuff like that....thanks.

In general, you want to go easy on the fruit.

Fruits have tons of sugar, and aren't something a RES will ever encounter in the wild. Thus, they aren't well evolved to process them.

As a very occasional treat, they're fine. A vegetable variety is great, though! Avoid things in the cabbage/broccoli/Brussel sprouts family. There's a chemical that can cause issues in high levels.

But it's great that your RES loves variety and that you are providing it, both for nutritional reasons and in the future if he ever gets picky.
