My 4months old baby RES had eaten spinach (oxalic acid) in the afternoon and since then till now like 6hours past it became very less active and not at all eating properly. The spinach may blocked the absorption of calcium. What to do??

I don't think one serving of spinach will have much of an effect, if you fed it to your turtle for months I'd be worried. It maybe because he's just full. I'd watch him over the next couple of days to see if he perks up.

What is your water temperature like? basking temp?

@devilduck- My RES water temperature is around 60-65°F and basking temperature is also perfect. If anything is wrong is my RES health. I consulted even shop keeper from where I bought, He said he will be fine. Just don't do unnecessary experiments on it and leave him alone. But I wasn't satisfied with his comment. Moreover, it's been like two days 42hours approx my RES hadn't eaten anything.

Turtles are cold blooded. Their body temp is mainly going to be the temperature of the water they are in, but they will bask to warm their temp above the water temp because they need to. They may need to raise it to help digest food or to boost their immune system.

If the water temp gets too low, their activity level drops; they eat less, and if it is low enough, they may even brumate (like hibernation).

In another post, you had mentioned temps of 60 - 65 F. That temp is very low. That will certainly affect appetite. It may affect health.
