Hi, I have a small yellow belly and he appears to be bloated. I dont know much about his history because my neighbor gave him to me. I have had a turtle already for about 8 years now she is big and beautiful and healthy. My neighbor gave me two slightly smaller ones approximately a month ago. One is seemingly healthy, no physical issues anyways. The smaller of the two however seems to be bloating out of his shell. He also lacks ambition. I didnt notice at first but it is a problem he came with. He eats regularly with the others but thats all he does.I am also conserned for the well being of the other turtles as they all share a large tank and I am not sure if it can be spread. Please reply soon. I have tried to add a few photos but the file is too large.

They should probably be separated from your other turtle. As for being bloated... definitely not normal, I would make a visit to good herp vet.

It looks like the turtle could be a little overweight. Since there are other symptoms, I still think a vet visit would be a good idea.
