Really? Which 3?

Are you reffering to Big Bend Sliders?

Linus: what i mean is that, you can find 3 different turtles in those pics above!*last pic is a different turtle from the above.
These are Trachemys scripta elegans (as far as i know) but please comment.
Big Bend Sliders are Trachemys gaigeae gaigeae and Trachemys gaigeae hartwegi witch i only know the Trachemys g. gaigeae, any pics or pointers to the adult/neonate Trachemys gaigeae hartwegi would be apreciated.

You have Rio Grandes. I have done alot of research on the origins of the Rio's and it is still a big confusion about their clssification and what we should call their scientific name, so I just stick with Rio Grande for now. About the only thing we know for sure is they live in the Rio Grande river region between New Mexico and the delta in the Gulf of Mexico in southern Texas. Very good patterns, I didn't notice the third turtle either. The Rio's keep there shell pattern as they grow up and sometimes they have very destinct patterns as adults. I have a two and a half year old Rio and his patterns are still bright, even at 4 inches. Good looking turtles you got:)

slider_keeper: The left one you can see it on first and second pic, the other at the right side is the one at pic number 4. They differ in the red spot design and the lines of shell are different too. Why are you saying they seem "the same" ?
