UPDATE: I just decided to pop these "pimple-looking" things and spread neosporin onto the "craters" that were filled with a strange white solid/liquid. They didn't bleed and I didn't see any blood when they "popped" so I think that they were just fungus or bacteria. Another update soon.

You did what?!?!?
Please tell me you have owned turtles before and didn't take a wild shot in the dark!
Did you put Neosporin on the "craters" and put him/them back in the tank? did you dry dock?
I'm confused
I didn't see what problem you were asking about in the questionnaire, so all I have to go by is that you popped a mystery something and "white solid/liquid" came out...envisioning the crud that comes out when one pops a zit (AKA bacteria)
Go see a vet.

Yes I did use neosporin and I dry docked them in separate tanks overnight. It was actually more of just this white chunk under the skin. This morning, most of the wounds went down in swelling and the turtles are more active then they were yesterday. I am a little worried about the wound on the bottom of the neck because overnight there was this wierd gunky white stuff that might have been from the wound (maybe ear abscess?) Until then I will continue to put neosporin on them and try to keep them dry for at least a couple of hours a day.

You definitely need to get your turtle to a herp vet to be checked out. We should never be popping anything on a turtle ESP without knowing what it was. Yikes!

The abscess on the jaw does look big and I agree that a herp vet should check it out.
