Urgent Care :: RI pls help

My turtle is nt well since da past 5 days. ..Symptoms show RI. ..I took hm to a vet...he dint show ny improvement...i read abt da vitamin deficiency so i gv hm a vitamin a injection on his fore arm...after wich in abt an hr he strted eating...so i was really happy...bt again today he dint eat...so i gv hm gentamicin injection bt i gv on da hind arm...so der was sum blood oozing...did i do sumthng stupid....is he gg to be fine...i m really worried nw...his eyes are jus too bad wht shud i do...???

Stop with the vitamin injections for now. What did the vet tell you to do? Did the vet give you antibiotics? What is your turtles habitat like? Please include temps of the water and basking area. If you could post pics of the turtle and his habitat, it would be very helpful.

Ya da vet gave hm antibiotic...n told me to put dis thng for his eyes...as of nw i keep hm in a small tub whose temp is arnd 32°c n i keep hm away coz da water is cozing him mre damage...i put hm under the lamp n also for an hr under the sun....

He needs to be put in warm shallow water twice a day for drinking and eating. He needs to have different temperatures to go to. Try to keep him in a container that is 90 F (Sorry I don't know how to convert to Celsius.) on the warmer end and 80F on the cooler end. Put a towel or something in there for him to hide in so he doesn't feel so vulnerable and follow the vets instructions. Good Luck!
