I just rescued my 2nd RES Turtle, Rudie who is about 4 years old, and has some pyramiding on her shell. She has just been fed pellets, with every once in a while fish, right now she has 4 goldfish in her tank with her. Anyways what would be good to feed her to help the pyramiding? I am planning on offering her some veggies & fruits etc to get her a better diet, as well as the vitamins & supplements and cuttlebone. Will pyramiding correct overtime or will she always have the pyramid on her shell?

Pyramiding should correct itself with time - with proper feeding and not over feeding ;)

Goldfish are very high in protein so maybe not a good idea to have.

They came with her. They are bigger than she could eat. I am probably going to take them out and put them in another tank by themselves.

I am trying to feed her veggies, so far she hasn't eaten anything (24 hours), no pellets or anything :-( I would imagine she's pretty stressed. But I'm going to keep trying. Probably am going to try making some of the Jello Shots as that Helped Zeke when I first got him, eat his veggies.

You should also try a veggie clip, that way you can leave some lettuce in there and it'll stay in the same spot.
