Equipment Review and Discussion :: Can you use the Exo Terra analog thermometer under water?

I need a good thermometer to use to measure the water temperature of my RES' tank. I found some cheaply priced Exo Terra thermometers at the same place that I'm buying his tank from and the shipping is flat so I'd like to buy from them if at all possible; I need to know if the analog thermometer measures water temp as well?

Not really. The sticky LCD types are cheap and are fine.
