will he eat it if it isnt on the veggie clip or is he particular about the way his veggies are served?

He'll try, but he won't be able to pull it apart. This is just so I don't have to rip it up into tiny bite sized pieces for him.

Your turtle is sooo cute!
He has a really pointy nose! =]

Like Daniel said,, i also just drop my veggies in the tank and my turtles eat it from there.
