Equipment Review and Discussion :: Cascade canister filter 700 HELP!!!!!!!!

I just hooked up my filter and I did everything it said.. and the chambers aren't filling up. There is a little bit of suction in the "in" tube, but no water is going into the chambers or coming out of the "out" tube.

Well fill the canister and the tubes with water for starters. This will greatly aid in helping the filter to prime. Then, If i'm not mistaken, the cascade series has a priming button on the top of the canister that when you turn the filter on, you press it repeatedly until it primes.
