Feeding and Nutrition :: I can't believe she ate the whole thing!!

I decided to give my RES turtle a treat, so I bought a rosey red minnow at the pet shop, brought it home and put it in her tank. That was Saturday. We watched patiently for her to chase and eat her prey, but she never did. Today (Monday) I came home from work and the fish had "mysteriously disappeared". I guess she ate it after all. It's very exciting.....I'm just sorry I missed it!!!

Yes, I only got one. I didn't know whether she would like them or not. Also, I think she should only have them as a treat once every week or two. I also got her some anacharis plant and hung it in the aquarium. She loved that and ate it all up a lot faster than I thought she would. It makes a huge mess!!!

Im gunna start growing them in a separte tank, so i dont have to keep buying them.
