100w MegaRay review with a few 100 hours on it

Hi all, school is done for the summer so I have a bit more free time. I ordered a 100w MegaRay for Toku's tank a few months back and have been very pleased with the color, temp, LUX, and UVB. My previous comp took a crap and dumped all previous data I had on the Bulb (UVB, LUX, Temp), but I do remember this bulb is superior to the Powersun in all categories. I took a new reading today and with several hundred hours on the bulb it is producing 95 uW/cm^2 of UVB at 10 in. and the basking log highest temp under the lamp is 92 degrees f. The UV spectrum seems to be a flood setup with high UV levels in a broader area on the log. I'm getting ready to order one for Boba's tank (my soft shell). I recommend this lamp for anyone wanting the best mercury vapor bulb. I didn't get paid to say that;) It is working very well for Toku and I expect the same for Boba. Hope this review helps everyone that is in need of a new light. At $47 with $13 shipping its not really a bad deal for what you get considering I'd be ordering a new Powersun for Toku's tank right now, but I don't need too with the MegaRay.

Thanks for the update! Glad to know there is a solid-choice in MVBs again.
