I have a 250W Jager working fine .. but my turtle began to play with him. She is pulling it from the wall of the aquarium ... I fix it and soon it starts again.
I sent an email to the Eheim asking about the possibility of using a heat-guard on my heater, they said the following:
"Dear Mr. Luis,

Unfortunately we are unable to Provide advice on These setups. However there are two things you must take in Consideration:

1) There must be good water circulation near the heater, heat Otherwise water will not be Able to be distributed Equally

2) The protective casing can not be in contact with the glass of the heater Portion Otherwise it will melt.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further Top assistance.

after reading this ... think of using a pvc pipe with at least twice the diameter of the heater. Make a lot of holes, I want that it looks like a grid. I wonder if that's what I do or anyone have any other idea.

I've used PVC with holes and end caps in the past... it works very well. You can also cut parallel slits in the PVC with a saw. What you do really depends on what tools you have available.

Another (but more expensive option) is something like a Hydor ETH heater. They go in-line with your filter tubing and remove the heater from the tank completely.

I've recently switched to the Hydor inline heater and love it.

Well I started doing my DIY - Heat Guard. I made many holes in the PVC pipe, it almost looks like a grid. However I do not know if the movement of the water will be good. So I was thinking:
Why not put the water outlet of the filter inside the heat-guard? It goes something like this:

Yep you could certainly do that. It's sort of like a combination of the hydor ETH and the Rena smart heater that they used to make for the filter intake.

But doing this, I do not I reduce the movement of water in the aquarium?

The water flow is governed by the rate of the pump in your filter. You'd still be moving the same amount of water in and out of the filter but what you'd be changing is the force and direction of the current. The middle of your tank should have water that is more calm because the outflow from the filter is being dispersed through the PVC heater guard.

I finished my DIY heat-guard. But I realized something just now. While making the heat-guard switched the cups original Jager by my old 50W heater. It worked!! Walle can no longer drop the heater wall aquarium. Makes 2 days and no heater drop.
I think the cups were no longer sticking or were sticking slightly. When Walle touched the heater he drop.
I'll let my guard DIY heat-stored for now.
