I don't think its a good idea to bite anything at Petco. I'm surprised it takes a month to burn your mouth after biting whatever it is you bit at PETCO. You might want to talk to management about the burning.

I don't really like your phone either, I have no idea what you are typing.

I'm not sure if Steve has Tapatalk installed (I'm not spending $3 to find out), but if you have a smartphone, then you have access to your email. Have the board email you when a new message is posted and you'll know when someone responds.

Sounds like you need a new phone first.
For heat you can use anything the brings the basking area to around 90-95 degrees F. I've heard of some people just using plain lightbulbs. I have had good luck with the Zoomed basking lamps they sell at Petco/Petsmart. Just make sure you have a UVB lamp as well.

Sorry, totally understand the phone issues... it was kind of funny though. I use normal lightbulbs, cheap and easy :)

Mine is a 60 watt, you have to kind of mess with the distance and whatnot to get the right temp.

I use a 50 watt halogen.

Regarding Tapatalk - once they removed the free version of the app, I lost interest in it.

I love hearing the Phone complaints and Tablet complaints. I work for internet product tech support and can't explain the number of times somebody tries to do something with a smart device and can't. I have to explain these are not computers and the website is not designed to work on them. While smart phone and Tablet technology is coming a long way, its hard enough to get websites to work on Computers properly atm because each browser Safari, IE, Firefox, and Chrome each try to translate the page differently and if a developer doesn't consider this they may not work or will have errors. Like I tell the customers that call in, "Stop trying to use your smart device as a computer, it is not one and for the time being never will be".

I guess I'm lucky, this website works really well on my phone. I don't even own a computer right now!
