I was wondering, since we all have turtles in our aquarium if it prohibis us from running a Aquatop cf-500UV?

Im experiencing problems while setting it up & not sure if its due to the low water level in the aquarium.

Anybody have experience w/this type of filter?

Any canister filter will love more water in the tank. Can you post a picture of your filter setup, especially where the filter input is located?

That's alright Steve, I figured out how to fix the problem.

Air was getting into my intake line through the exposed fitting. I simply used PTFE Thread Seal tape at each joint not emerged in the water. Works like a charm, no more air in the line & you can hardly hear the filter working.
