Recommended Heater

Hi,
My heater isn't functioning that great and I want to get replacements for my 20 gallon tank. I loved the Stealth Pro but with the recall I don't think it's a good idea to get them at this time.
What other brand do you recommend? I keep my water level very high so that there's more space for my turtles.
I prefer the non-glass safe ones as my turtles dig and get the heater/filter loose all the time and I will die if they get killed cuz of a broken heater.
Thanks!!!

By the way, I do have 2 spare Eheim Jager heaters at home, there's no way for those glasses can be broken and kill my turtle right? She (DD) is super agressive and curious!

It's hard to find an inexpensive titanium heater nowadays. I have not heard of the Jager's shattering like some other heaters but it's possible I guess. Other options are to buy or make a heater guard, or use an inline heater that attaches to your filter.

What do you think about the Tetra Aquatic Reptile Heater?
I read some pretty interesting bad reviews online....but it looks like my turtles couldn't break that one!

Seems a bit overpriced but it might be OK if it addresses your needs. Just be sure to plug it into a GFCI outlet.

The eheims are really tough.

If you go titanium, the finnex are really good. You'll need one with an integrated controller to keep the cost down.
