DO NOT BUY from ReptileUV

I hope this can become a sticky so as to warn others.

I've been waiting patiently for a replacement bulb from reptileuv that burnt out 2 weeks in on February this year.
I called immediately after it had burnt out and was told a replacement would be on the way but have not hear back since nor received anything in the mail.
Now they don't reply back to emails, they don't answer phone calls, they don't call you back, etc.
It's sad as I had such a great experience just 2 years ago. And they had the best bulbs around but this company has melted into a bad bad state. It's a sham as they are still taking orders and unable to fulfill them or sending them defected bulbs.

DO NOT BUY from this company.

I just recently saw on their website that their captcha image doesn't work so customers can't send in email through their website.
There goes $57 to waste.
Anyone else with a similar experience?

Call your credit card and dispute the charges. If you paid through pay pal do the same. This way you didn't waste $57.00

Ahh...I didn't notice the sticky on "News on MVB".
Would love to report something to CC or paypal but it's been so long I doubt anything can be resolved.
Just wanted to make sure no ones goes through this kind of trouble.

Very late to respond to this, I know, but I can only say "amen" to PeaceOut's warning. I'm one of the probably many bulb buyers who ordered bulbs from ReptileUV only to have them blow out and not receive any response to my requests to have them replaced. A detailed discussion with a former employee makes me think that this "company" is seriously flawed in the way it's run and I'd have second thoughts about ordering from them again even if the company gets back on its feet.

I ordered a temp gun in September. It's not even a bulb, but I still haven't seen it. I have also had 3 of their bulbs burn out in a few weeks, so I give another testamonial to NOT buy from them. They haven't responded to any of my inquiries either.
