Equipment Review and Discussion :: Fluval 405 not pumping

I have had it for a month and it stopped pumping water. When I pump the primer thing the water flows through perfectly. As soon as I stop, no more water flows through. It sounds the same as it did before it stopped working. Anybody have any suggestions for me? I've sent an email out to Hagen and I'm waiting for a response.

Does the motor make any noise? The motor in my fluval sometimes doesn't start back up when I plug it in after cleaning it, but will after a few tries.
