I am in the process of upgrading my turtle to a 75 gallon tank, which will be his permanent forever home. Will post pics when done! I am filling it right to the top with water and constructing an above tank basking area out of egg crate and wood.

My question is...I havea Fluval 405 canister filter which I currently use in his 50 gallon tank, but I also bought a Marineland PowerFilter Penguin 200, the kind that clips over the top of the tank, just for some added filtration. It says it filters 200 gallons per hour.

I clean the tank often and his Fluval 405 does an excellent job of keeping the water clear. I also got an Aquaclear powerhead thing that blows current, it's a water circulator and can also blow bubbles, instead of the crappy airstone I used to have, and I bought an attachment for it, its called a Quick Filter Water Purifier and clips onto the powerhead piece. it doesnt have a gallons per hour but says "for tanks up to 70 gallons". do these really work?

With my fluval 405, the marineland 200, and the little quick filter, will that be enough for a 75 gallon tank with one turtle in it? what do you think? thanks. :)

I think that'll be great for your tank. I used a Fluval 404 for several years in my 75g with 1 RES, and it did a fine job of keeping the tank clean. With the extra filters, you'll be golden :)

On the quick filter - I've seen those before. They basically turn your powerhead into an internal filter, so I would imagine they work the same as an internal filter.

More than enough.
I run a fluval 404 on one of my 125 gal filled to the top with 4 adult turtles in it. The water is crystal clear! Very important to keep your bacteria colony alive.
