My Aqeuon 10
Posted: Mon Jan 04, 2010 12:28 pmI have a 10 gallon aquarium for a 1 and 1/3 of an inch res....I have a filter that is rated for a 10 gallon and it pumps 100 hundred gallons an hour....does this filter suffice my 10 gallon? By the way yes I'm aware my tank is a bit small and I should uprgade soon which I will...I'm saving for a 40 gal....I just wanna know if I'm good for right now since I heard a filter should be rated for 3 times as much your gal size....but like I said it pumps a 100 gal an hour so I think I'm ok right? its an Aqueon power filter 10....
