Great Dock.
But my 2 year old RES started eating it.

You can get cuttlebone in Japan (Tokyo, at least). I used to buy it at Don Quixote. Tokyu Hands should have it as well.

Jbenjamin_kun, Konnichiwa! Genki desu ka?

I'm starting to become against these accidentally edible zoomed docks. Granted, nipping at inedible things means more cuttlebone, but I do not like the idea of a turtle consuming something that could make it sick or hurt it internally.

I recommend a dock made of plastic, or cork bark, or anything that your turtle definitely cannot eat.

If cuttlebone wasn't available in Japan I would be very surprised. If, for some reason, you can't find cuttlebone, the alternative are sand dollars. My turtles eat them and really like them.

P.S. I am not Japanese. I'm just studying the language.

I'm not a turtle, but sometimes I wonder what it would be like.

Lol, I don't think there would be much knowledge I could offer. I'm still getting used to translating... And I don't have a legitimate kanji reference, so I can't read or write it yet.

No, you said you liked turtles, but your grammar is a little off (I do believe it's "...kame ga dai suki..." ) :D I don't like dealing with romanji---it adds syllables that aren't there when spoken.

Oh, okay... Now I know what he was trying to say! See, he spelled it 'dai suki' instead of 'daisuki', which I'm used to seeing, so I thought it was an entirely different meaning.

I also don't have my dictionary with me, which would've helped dramatically.

Would you even need "Boku wa/ga" at the beginning of that? Or would that be totally unnecessary? (In other words, "Boku wa kame ga dai suki")
