I think you have to contact the company that makes Rena for that. There should be something online when you search Rena XP, it's a weird website for maintenance and whatnot. The media you can get anywhere, pet stores and online as well.
Also remember to bleach EVERYTHING (with a 10% bleach solution) and rinse it several times. Then, allow everything to air dry for at least 24 hours and make sure everything is completely dry. You want to do this because you don't know how healthy whatever was using it before you was.
