I realized pretty quickly that I am smitten with tank toys - or those gadgets sold to help maintain tank quality, looks, turtle health, etc.

So I was wondering what everyone's favorite tank toys are?

Here are mine - some I have just broken down and purchased; others are on my wish list (*):

airstones
python
H.O.T filter for polishing the water
tank vac (*)
underwater lights!!! (*)
Mom to:

1 RES - Tuck
3 Cats - Max, Theo, & Smokey
Lots of mollies and platies
1 Pleco - Spot
1 brand new betta
AND
2 very wild and creative 6 year old humans!

Oooooooo! I go into the pet store almost every day. I am so bad in that respect, I'm always buying new stuff for my goldfish, but I wish I had more money to spend on the turtles!!! :(

We have:

- 3 air stones, two round and one stick
- underwater lights
- syphon
- python
- fish net and turkey baster for cleaning
- floating log
- fake lili pads and other fake plants
- a smattering of river rocks
- underwater log and bridge for hides
- ABTA
- background
- 2 XP3's

I forgot these-
2 timers
2 submersible heaters
3 thermometers
The next thing I'm thinking about doing is adding sand and getting a better net for cleaning.

I don't know what else is left to add  But I'm interested in seeing what else I can get for him. I am definitely one of those owners that spoils their pets. I don't go to pet stores too often because I feel bad when I walk out without something.

I don't know if it counts as a toy, but I'm in love with my Fluval FX5.

So powerful...
So cool looking...
I love you FX5 ^_^

On my "perhaps I'll get but never seen them in stores" is an air stone... Not high on the list though...

I forgot my fish! They are definitely my favorite tank toys. Tuck likes them too (mooaahhaahhhaaa).

My favorite is a small silver molly (shes new and as yet unnamed).
