Here's what the filter looks like:

http://www.petco.com/Assets/product_ima ... 23183C.jpg

on the back of the box it has pictures of a tube connecting the the spot on the filter where the water comes out and in one of the pictures, the filter is at the bottom and the tube goes on top of the water pouring the water out creating a waterfall and on the other picture the filter is at one end of the tank and the tube extends to the other side of the tank and i was wondering where i can get the tube because I've been looking forever and couldn't find anything. =[

it came with a small bag of activated carbon and i poured it in the slot. When replacing it, do i just buy a bucket of any activated carbon and pour it in there?

this filter is also pretty good so far because i had the Tetra 10i and there was a lot of guppy poop on the bottom and once i placed this in, it was all gone!

Zoo med doesn't sell the tubing, but the tube for the waterfall is usually for a water feature in a vivarium.

But just measure the size of the outlet, and go to the hardware store and buy the same size tubing. Or better yet, take the filter with you. tubing is cheap, usually a few cents a foot.
