Has anyone had any problems with the Exo-terra ReptiGlo burning out quickly? I was wondering if mine was just a fluke or not. I've had it about a month and it burned out today!!!! :evil:

Yeah, I had one burn out after about a month and a half. If you still have the box, PetSmart will take it back without a receipt and replace it. If you don't have the box, I'd go buy a new one, and take the old one back in the box from the new one, that way you have a replacement when you need it. Since I got mine replaced, it's now going on, gosh, 6+ months. I guess it's getting close to replacement time anyhow now!

I think you don't even need the box to get store credit back. You only need the box to get cash back.

they let me exchange it...woohoooo! i didn't have the box or receipt, but I just told the manager it lasted less than a month, he was fine with it.
