Like a complete idiot, i thought i could resize the tubing that i had orig. cut when i had my temp. setup. One rubber piece came off, the other did not. I cut the end up thinking it was just stuck , now i'm clueless as what i can do to get my filter up and running. does anybody have a list of parts i could pick up at home depot to give it a semi- DIY for the hosing?

I don't have a list of parts, but I have purchased tubing from Home Depot to replace my Rena XP3 tubing. I took a small piece of my previous tubing in with me and just found the same style of tubing to buy.

The stuff I bought is more flexible that the previous stuff, but it works fine. Ask a Home Depot person for help finding it. My stuff cut with just a box cutter razor. Otherwise, (since I don't know more specifically about your filter) you should just use the existing parts besides the tubing. If some of those parts broke, you may need to replace them with the manufacturer.
